I do not think Josh sees it that way regardless of the truth, he has always discussed his debanking and financial issues in terms of politics and his ideological beliefs. He is convinced that it is because of his political affiliations and again, it's not about what is actually true but the internal story Josh tells himself in order to justify his actions. If he had been smarter about cleaning his identity up then he would be just fine, people get away with more heinous shit all the time. But Josh was too stupid to look after himself that way and he wants to blame it on political persecution. His behavior on KF is about him abusing the userbase as an outlet for these frustrations.

Seems like Null was heavily impacted by fatherlessness. What gets me is it's not uncommon to lose people when you shift politically, as he did. But you usually make new friends in those political spheres. Did Josh utterly fail at this?

I also recall him mentioning that he's been 'pink pilled' and talk about how certain people don't like his racism bits in MATI, so I suspect he fell in with a girl last year or so and she's had an impact on him.

The "girl" he fell in with last year was Jocelyn, and yes, long-term dairy abuse has left him quite impacted.
