This has to be the most pathetic example of snowflake behavior I have ever seen. If you are in a university expect to have your ideas challenged.
For those of you who were not aware of this story: An art history professor at Hamline University was fired for showing two famous medieval paintings depicting the prophet Muhammad. The University classified this as islamophobic (a hate incident). For the record, the paintings themselves were commissioned by Muslim artists and were drawn to honor the prophet's biography. https://newlinesmag.com/argument/academic-is-fired-over-a-medieval-painting-of-the-prophet-muhammad/
The Muslim Public Affairs Council says the university was wrong to fire the professor: https://www.mpac.org/statement/statement-of-support-for-art-professor-fired-from-hamline-university/
Fired Hamline professor breaks silence over incident: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11628061/Fired-Hamline-University-professor-showed-artwork-Prophet-Muhammad-breaks-silence.html
University defends its decision saying student was harmed by seeing that image and the professor failed to safeguard her: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...or-fired-showing-class-painting-Muhammad.html

The person who reported the professor makes a public statement
