Haven't seen it. But he's in the Larry Sanders show (as himself), but that harks back to Carson and Gallagher. And he got unjust shit like Gallagher.
I never understood really why he got so much grief (Gallagher that is). I saw one of his first specials in 80 or 81 when I was a wee lad, then many of his comedy specials thereafter, and always thought he was fuckin' hilarious.
