That was my thought. Remember, she said she can't bank normally due to having a Russian bank account, so perhaps this is a way relatives in Russia can send her money bypassing the sanctions that block RU banks from interacting with the outside world.
Or perhaps this is how her British employer pays her to avoid having to interact with a RU bank-account and getting put on some list for "doing business with Russians"?
I've always assumed she's lying and trying to explain why she doesn't have access to the supposed fortune she's sitting on. She has bank account(s) but doesn't want to show balances because it'll expose her lie.

I think it's rather entitled to expect strangers on the internet to post bank details just because they have a minor Youtube account. You have to make do with whatever receipts Youtubers are willing to disclose. If Elaine says she can't bank due to being Russian, that's the narrative we're given. You can either believe or disbelieve it.
She actually has no bank accounts, she claimed that the UK government seized all her bank accounts and shut them down because her nationality is Russian.
