There is a Mastodon plugin for Humhub. I've gotten in touch with a developer from Bangladesh. His rates seem pretty reasonable.

My developer told me just a short time ago that because Humhub uses a yii framework we cannot connect to the fediverse. But yet there is a Mastodon plugin for you to sign in your Mastodon credentials.
