As far as I am aware, the only fake Josh quote from ED is his love for shota hurtcore which was never directly linked to him, even if it sounds 100% like something Blocklands Josh would say. Josh is getting absolutely massacred in the replies of that tweet (at least at the time I read through them and before he starts inevitably hiding replies and limiting who can respond). Yes, there is Gibs in there damage-controlling for Josh in one reply and there are a couple bone chair memes KF'ers think are the epitome of humor. But 90% of replies are hostile to Josh and calling him a pedo and bringing up that he tried to groom a 12 year old as a 19 year old man on Blockland forums.
Also, I wonder who is subhuman enough for Josh to give them control as managers of KF. 'Community manager' and 'social media manager' or whatever gay terms he used. If Null seriously believes that he had reduced responsibility at age 18 for something that is so blatantly abhorrent, then why does he permit 18 year olds to post on his site or let his users make lolcow threads on 18 year olds? Null has literally permitted users to post lolcow threads on cows the very day they turn 18.
As always, Null holds his own conduct to a lesser standard than others. What he did at 18 was very disturbing, since most 18 year olds are not deranged enough to want to abduct and rape a 12 year old. If any of his enemies had such an incident in their past, Null would never let them forget.

While a lolsuit would entertaining, I think that joshy is au fait with the legality of defamation enough, to realize that zhe would be pissing (other people's) money away. FOr one, joshy would have to prove that there has been a negative effect on zher rep etc... that's not going to happen. No point winning a suit to be awarded $1, after the cost would be much higher.
