Because there is a severe shortage of CNAs nationwide and it is completely legal for a home health agency to offer CNA classes onsite.
Because there are states such as North Carolina that have two levels of CNAs but Rhode Island is not one of them. Certified Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses are separately licensed in Rhode Island.

No they didn't. Why on earth would a state oversight board not take seriously that you're discussing illegal activities online and running a website with the kind of material I've named off? I didn't even tell them about your employer making you sign an "I am not a nazi" agreement which I'm sure they'd have interest in knowing about.

They don't take you seriously because the hooker incident happened in Birmingham, Alabama over 45 years ago. The State Board of Health's main concern is that the CNA provides compassionate, quality care within the bounds of his/her license. The Rhode Island State Board of Health does not have any jurisdiction in Alabama.

We don't run any "illegal" activities on this forum. We are just as open to people in the law enforcement occupation as we are to anyone else. This has always been the case since we started.

There was no "I am not a nazi agreement". We are just a rowdy bunch of people having fun on a forum. That's it. All you did was to simply smear a community that you could simply walk away from anytime you wanted.

And yes you threatened to cause trouble for my employer which is why I made a short statement concerning our community. All you have ever done is to come into a community and be a troublemaker and that is all you will ever be seen as.
