Because he's a 43 year old alcoholic who goons all day to disgusting shit that would probably get him thrown in prison and since nobody loves him or wants him around prodding a half-interested disgust response from random internet people is the next best human interaction. This is probably the only website in the world that wouldn't ban him since Ken is also a lonely pervert whose hard drive would get him in trouble.
