The Soyjak Wiki now has a good collection of articles on lolcows, but they're specific to the Sharty and their culture.
If you're familiar with Encyclopedia Dramatica, the Soyjak Wiki is pretty much like that Wiki.
To give you an idea, I read the Soyjakwiki article for "Tranny" and I was not disappointed. Whoever wrote this put some serious work into it.

There used to be several smaller sites such as lounge69 or fellas farms but they are defunct. The only ones I am aware of are the Opie and Anthony Forum (3185 members) and the ED Forums (1524 members). Personally, I think we are a better class of people than both of those and I like to think we have a pretty chill group of people here.

What's funny is, during my last days at KF (I wasn't banned, I just don't post there anymore) I seriously got a lot of "Reddit is that way" posts.
I've said before, these days Reddit is more tolerable than Kiwifarms. At least there the insanity is on a sub-by-sub level, whereas its more universal on Kiwi.

but let's be fucking honest here, SF is a hotbox for pedophiles who like to "ironically" spam the cheese pizza all over the place (on the clearnet mind you!) and very annoying insufferable edgelord foodists who like to go on autistic schizophrenic raids against communities and (underage) people they don't like, so it's not really a very good place to be around
and hell one of the members of SF, while raiding EDF (a forum i used to be active in btw), tried asking me to cut myself while underage (I was 17 at the time), needless to say I never went through with it and hit ignore on them

Honestly..... it's gonna be vague but "something that's like old KF." Back when they could laugh and have fun, it wasn't all doom and gloom, everything wasn't a call to action, and not every time a woman or black person appeared in a movie or video game was immediately some major issue to rally around.
also preferably not having a tourette's-like tendency to describe absolutely everything using the n-word.
to add to that: it's far better to catch up on lolcows with reddit snark subs and it's easier to ban evade if your account is banned site wide. unlike on green reddit where you have to deal with fucknuts that scan the site for socks

Kiwi Farms was always a place you would call people niggers and complain that that latest Marvel slop movie had too many niggers and women. It always had links to anti-SJW sites and /pol/, the only difference was it was more equal opportunity and you could also laugh at /pol/ and there were a lot fewer Trump cultists and you could actually criticize his failings.
I may be wrong on the nigger thing though. I think some academic scraped the Kiwi database at some point, so it might be possible to check. I really would be curious to find the frequency of terms like nigger on Kiwi Farms (though I bet 2020 is an outlier year because of the race riots). You could also plot other fun insights like the rise of feminists and the feminist Josh arc with all its keywords.
Though you are definitely right that KF took on a real activist tone around 2019 and definitely by 2022. I think Null was onto something in his rants around that time when he whined about the site getting too political, too big, and not fun. But I just cannot see any way a site would not fall into that trap. You would just end up joining a revolving carousel of sites that either decay into junk like KF did or simply die of irrelevance like Encyclopedia Dramatica.

Very disingenuous and unhealthy behavior IMO. Ain't saying they should go all blackpill. Just be realistic. Them places they used to go to back then are just time happenings, 'tis all. They can either move on or stay stuck on this selfdestructive romanticism, which not surprisingly most of them lolcow orbiters end up doing the latter.
KF specifically, dunno why anyone would argue it was ever good. One of better things with Clyde is he and most replies acknowledge that KF has always been shite and they were dunces for once believing otherwise, and there ain't no shame in admitting you used to be wrong.
