Unlawful Content
We remove content which is unlawful in the United States. Examples:
Copyrighted Material. The forum is not a website dedicated to piracy. Copyrighted content is to be used fairly for criticism and/or ridicule. Copyright holders wishing to file a complaint should consider fair use first, because we will evaluate the use before making any decision.
Child Sex Abuse Material (CSAM). Use the built-in report feature or Contact Us link to report any post of exploited minors. Material of this sort is absolutely prohibited.
Animal Crush. Content considered
Animal Crush cannot be posted here. In general, animal abuse material should be limited to only what helps identify abusers.
By Court Order. The law has evolved to deal with "nonconsensual pornography" and other similarly complicated problems. If you want something which is ordinarily considered legal to be removed, you must first go through the courts and get a US court order.
Content on Individuals and Groups
Removing Content per Request: As a matter of policy if a person of interest asks us to remove a thread that person will be referred to staff. Our policy is that removing content is an internal decision that rests with staff not with the person of interest. In general we do not remove content unless it has been determined by staff that it is in the best interests of the forum to do so. We are an entertainment site based on gossip and drama and removing content arbitrarily because someone is triggered or offended would degrade the quality of the forum.
